Support Cloud integrates with Jira so that support and engineering teams can collaborate across platforms. Create linked issues, sync status, and reduce back-and-forth. 🛠️

🔧 Setup Guide

  1. Go to Admin > Integrations > Jira
  2. Click Connect and authenticate using your Jira credentials
  3. Choose your Jira project and issue types
  4. Map fields between Support Cloud and Jira (e.g., ticket subject → issue summary)

🧯 Troubleshooting

  • Issues not linking? Verify the Support Cloud app is authorized in Jira
  • Status not updating? Check the webhook and issue permissions in Jira
