Our March 2025 release brings several enhancements to reporting, live chat, and developer tools in Support Cloud. 🚀

🆕 New Features

  • Live Chat Themes: Customize widget color and greeting by URL path
  • Webhook Retry Logs: View failed webhook attempts in the developer console
  • Prebuilt Agent KPIs Dashboard: New dashboard to track productivity per agent

🔧 Improvements

  • Faster dashboard load time (up to 2x performance boost)
  • Improved email threading logic to reduce duplicates
  • Slack integration now supports direct ticket creation from threads

🪲 Bug Fixes

  • Resolved issue where mobile chat widget failed to scroll on iOS Safari
  • Fixed billing portal error for multi-org accounts
  • Dashboard filters now correctly persist when exporting CSV
