Control who can view or modify sensitive data by configuring Support Cloud’s access control settings. 🔐

🧾 Permissions Overview

  • Roles: Define permission levels by job function
  • Groups: Route and restrict tickets to specific teams
  • Custom Roles: Add or remove permissions at a granular level

🔧 Setup

  1. Go to Admin > Roles
  2. Click Edit on a role or create a new one
  3. Select modules the role can access (Tickets, Reports, Settings)
  4. Assign the role to users under Admin > People

🧯 Troubleshooting

  • User can’t access a tool? Verify role permissions and login status
