Slack is one of the most popular internal collaboration tools, and Support Cloud offers a native integration to help your teams stay aligned in real time. 🔗

⚙️ What the Integration Does

  • Send ticket updates to Slack channels
  • Let agents create or update tickets directly from Slack
  • Receive CSAT survey responses or SLA alerts in Slack

🔧 Setup Instructions

  1. Go to Admin > Integrations > Slack
  2. Click Connect and follow the OAuth prompts
  3. Select which channels to post updates to
  4. Map Support Cloud events to Slack notifications

🧯 Troubleshooting

  • Bot not responding? Ensure the bot is invited to the Slack channel and the correct permissions were granted.
  • Tickets not syncing? Double-check your trigger logic and Slack webhook configuration.
